The World Cup is when national soccer teams go to a country to play soccer till the end of the World Cup is over. Soccer teams make little tournaments that they play until four teams win and those four teams go to the World Cup. The teams are divided into groups. The World Cup lasts up to a month or less. The first World Cup was in 1970 and won by Brazil who beat England. The World Cup is every four years and they do it every June or July. They always make a new soccer ball for the world cup because they do not want the same ball over and over.
